General terms and conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Service of the Website; you agree to be bound by the terms of use.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not access the website.
Warranty Information
A.R.I. warrants to the original end user customer of its products specified below that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by producer or distributor on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If producer is unable to repair or replace the exact item, A.R.I. will exchange the merchandise with an equivalent product at the time the warranty claim is made.
The buyer is responsible to inspect the product before any installation step begins.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions,
or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to our regulations.
This limited warranty covers only repair, replacement, refund or credit for defective products, as provided above. A.R.I. is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of time or any costs associated with determining the source of problems or removing, servicing or installing these products.
The following products are covered by this warranty for a period of one year* from the date of original retail purchase: video mixers, teleprompters, multiscreens, switchers, converters, pc cards, generators, servers.
Discontinued products not listed in the warranty are no longer covered as their warranty has expired. This limited warranty applies only to the original end user customer of the product for so long as the original end user customer owns the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable.
*Some of our vendors gives 2, 3 and 5 years warranty
Price of articles
The prices in the web shop are in Euro and US Dollar, Tax (VAT) excluded.
We keep the right to change the prices of articles.
Payment
Payment for Web shop orders can be made either by Bank Transfer, Pay Pal or Credit Card.
Returns
To obtain warranty, you may return a defective product to the authorized dealer or distributor from which you purchased the product. Please confirm the terms of your dealer's or distributor's return policies prior to returning the product. You must return the defective product, include product identification information, model number and serial number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. You must also include proof of the date of original retail purchase as evidence that the product is within the applicable warranty period.
You may return the defective product directly, after first obtaining a Return Material Authorization -RMA number*
An RMA number is obtained by visiting the Contact us link on the left of the pages of broadcast-equipment.biz.
All returned items must be delivered and insured by the sender. Repaired or replacement product will continue to be covered by this limited warranty for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.
*If you send your product without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it will be returned to you unopened.
Shipping Information
Customer orders are shipped two times per week from our Diemen, Netherlands headquarter (or directly from a manufacturer), usually within 3 days after receiving an order, subject to product availability. The lead-time for fulfillment of orders may vary according to manufacturing and other conditions; therefore any and all delivery dates are estimates.
A.R.I. Company is not responsible that the goods to be delivered should meet the technical requirements, standards and / or regulations imposed by laws or regulations of the country where the goods are used. This does not apply to goods which at the conclusion of an Agreement are mentioned after all data and specifications are submitted.
All other technical requirements set by the buyer for the goods which deviate from the standard requirements should be explicitly reported before the contract is signed by the buyer.
For shipment of goods we use the best companies as DHL, Fedex, EMS or UPS.
Force majeure
In case of force majeure, A.R.I. Company is relieved from all responsibility. In case of force majeure, the seller can cancel the orders or postpone the delivery dates without the possibility of claiming any compensation or annulment of the agreement. As force majeure we consider among other things war, fire, flood, accidents, strikes, partial or complete factory unemployment, any Government intervention on economic, financial, customs or monetary level; these cases are merely exemplary and are by no means exhaustive.
Products and services off Russian IpTV:
A.R.I. Agency is not a creator of programs, it is not responsible for the content, changing the grid of the broadcast or a complete cessation of broadcasting IpTV programs transmitted to it in the services for which the subscriber signed
Privacy Statement
A.R.I. Agency is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and we have taken strong measures to ensure that the information we gather from you will be secure and confidential.
We store data that enables us to contact you. We do not store or receive secret data like credit-card information etc. All financial transactions are handled through external systems like Paypall and IDEAL. If anyone retrieves your password for this site then this cannot be used to order products in your name without your Paypall -, or bank/credit-card information..
