SMPTE Modular Box

The ModBox, is a complete SMPTE modular box with up to eight modules. The ModBox was created to make it easy for the user. Instead of encountering a complicated problem or potential failure from the box, the modules in the ModBox are already assembled and easy to remove and replace in less than one minute. Because of the difficulty of assembling a similar SMPTE box, Clark has assembled this prewired SMPTE box, saving the unnecessary downtime. Also, this box has a removable side panel to access the inside of the module and each module has a designation strip located horizontally across the top of the module.

This SMPTE modular box provides a modular system for high definition signals to camera and CCU applications. The box is made out of metal and connects SMPTE 304M Panel Mounts to the frame, which are broken out to a control unit and 2 single mode SC fiber optic connectors.
